- Swedish Massage : gentle touch, smooth gliding stroke to increase circulation and enhance relaxation.
- Deep Tissue Massage: slow and firm pressure to release tension in targeted muscles.

- Safe environment in a clinical setting . Brief Intake will be taken at the first session.
- Generally quiet and meditative. The therapist usually refrain from talking during massage unless you prefer to talk.
- Pressure level is generally gentle to moderate.
- Areas can be done for full body massage - neck, shoulder, back, hip, arms & hands, legs (no abdominal, breasts, groin, inner thigh)
- Draping is properly used. Only the area being worked on will be exposed each time. Fully clothed massage is also available.
