You can modify your appointment by calling/texting 860-377-5178 or going your online booking confirmation and clicking "cancel/ reschedule" link. To be effective and fair to all clients, 24 hour advance notice is requested.  

If booked online, you will receive automatic reminders 24 hr prior and on the same day.

Same day cancelation - Unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. Please call /text to cancel appointment (Online cancelation will not work),  however, frequent last minute cancelations without any emergency will not be welcomed. Please plan your visit accordingly. 

No-shows - The appointment will be canceled after 15 min and an automatic invoice will be sent by the Square payment system unless you follow up shortly.

I take your appointment seriously. If you decide not to come, please at least have a courtesy to notify me.
 

Cancelation by the therapist -
While I truly respect your time, unexpected events do happen to the therapist as well. As a private practitioner I do not have a substitute. You will be notified immediately followed by alternative schedules.
